Springboard O&M Manuals enable users to create their O&M Manuals online as opposed to creating them using offline document editors and uploading the files to a file sharing portal or CDE (common data environment).
By using Springboard to enter data directly into the Springboard O&M templates it enables the data to be entered and validated once, and then distributed and shared to other software platforms and collaborators.
All information providers including designers, constructors, suppliers and sub-contractors are required to input their data directly into Springboard progressively throughout the project with the information delivered by the required programme dates.
Note: Do not upload word, excel documents as this information must be either directly entered, imported or cut and pasted into the online templates.
By inputting your information into Springboard you are not required to create or provide separate handover documentation, as the Springboard system will automatically deliver all the required outputs in the required formats.
Accurate and validated as built information is required to reflect the construction the enable safe, economic and optimum operation and maintenance of the facility.
