Products/assets may need to have additional information. Fig 01 shows where the tabs for this information can be found within the Equipment and Materials Schedule.
- Attributes are for any supplementary information that may be of use to the end-user but not captured in the Equipment and Materials Schedule fields (depending on how it has been scheduled). It may also be used to list accessories to an item eg: Attributes within a door schedule may be Ironmongery.
- Health & Safety encapsulates Residual Risks, COSHH and Disposal & Removal of the build. Do not include information on the installation works. If you would like more information check out this article, H&S section of my schedule
- Spares is a list of consumable spare parts covering a 12 month period. Items such as lamps, filters, lubricants, cleaning fluids, gaskets.
Click the View/Edit Details button in the Equipment & Materials Schedule view.
