Who manages the Platform?

Platform or Information Manager

Each Project will have an assigned Project Manager, who will have Administration Level security access (Project Admin, Document Admin) and will be able to perform functions such as:-

  • Template changes
  • User management changes
  • Date changes
  • Workflow management
  • Actions and task management

Information Controller (IC) or Document Controller (DC)

Information controllers (IC) or Document controllers (DC) provide support to the Managers and may also have security access rights to carry out some of the functions detailed above.

The IC/DC also provides project based customer support requests, training and helps resolves any issues related to the input or quality of the content.

Help Desk Support Agent

Responds to Software customer support requests. If support agents are unable to resolve an issue, they escalate the request to our software development team.
