Springboard collects Maintenance information in two ways, read Maintenance Overview to help understand how they work.
Text based maintenance procedures can be added for individual items of equipment, materials or systems. A separate form should be used for each item.
Navigate to the Maintenance Section of the document menu.
Click the VIEW/EDIT DETAILS button to open the edit modal.

In the modal click ADD PROCEDURE and complete details of the item, procedure, type of action, frequency, unit, and if required notes.

There is a section to add resources to the procedure: Labour, Materials, Tools, Training, click the MANAGE button to open the resource editor modal.

Additional tools are provided to make the data entry process easier and enable information to be downloaded and uploaded (Ctrl+V) data into the forms.
