Displays:

• Event type
• Section / system Name - Click on any blue hyperlink to open the section. (Right-click or press centre mouse button to open in new tab)
• Form name   - Table of content / index number
• Document Name - Click on any blue hyperlink to open the section. (Right-click or press centre mouse button to open in new tab)

Filter enables information in any column to be searched.

Column controls enable information to be sorted, hidden and filtered.
