Notes Report

Add project-wide notes or view notes added in document sections.

 

Displays:

 

  • Note follow up date - reminder sent weekly to your email
  • Section / system Name - Click on any blue hyperlink to open the section. (Right click or press centre mouse button to open in new tab)
  • Note contents
  • Public  - Visible to all project users or internal only to your company
  • User Name - note orginator
  • Created date
  • Actions - note originator can edit or close note

 

Filter enables information in any column to be searched.

 

Column controls enable information to be sorted, hidden and filtered.

 

 

To add a note

 

Click the '+' button on the right of the screen for the modal to appear.

 

 

  • Message - content up to a maximum of 100 characters.
  • Note follow-up date - reminder sent weekly to your email.
  • Visibility  - Public or Internal view
  • Important - Can be flagged with a indicator.

A note can also be added to each form in the main content editor page. These notes will appear both in the editor page and here in the Notes report tab.
