To bulk download file attachments from a file block:

• Open the File List and click on the EDIT FILES icon

• In the Edit view below click on TOOLS button and choose the DOWNLOADS FILES option.

The files will now be downloaded to the local drive, choose the location of where you want the .zip file containing all the files to be saved.

Note: There is also an option in the TOOLS menu to download a file issue sheet containing the file meta data.
