Why doesn't the progress lines start at the bottom left (0,0) of the chart?

When the Keyform commencement data was set up, the forms were immediately moved into a progress workflow step and therefore the system did not have a period of time to register a zero (0,0) point on the chart. The solution is to set the workflows and leave for a minimum 24 hour period prior to moving a workflow step e.g. from Set Up > Authoring
